Description

Located on the north side of the Glenmore Reservoir, North Glenmore Park is a large park which is covered with walking / cycling trails and has numerous picnic sites.

The picnic sites have picnic tables and fire pits or charcoal grills. There is also a picnic shelter in the middle of the picnic sites.

North Glenmore park is incredibly busy and popular, despite being somewhat barren. The views of the reservoir are a nice change from those of other city parks, but also lead to fairly windy picnic areas. Be sure to arrive early since the picnic sites fill up fast each day.
